本文通过预示计算研究了在不同的炉温制度和热滑轨的条件下料坯温度场随时间和炉长的变化,并考察了黑印温差和轨预温度。在数学模型的建立中,考虑了滑轨温度与料坯温度相对应的同步变化和接触热阻对料坯和滑轨温度场的影响。预示计算得到了较好的结果,并从中得出了相应的结论。实验时,制成了“表面温度感受器”,它对料坯下表面温度测量具有高度的灵敏性。
In this paper, the temperature field of blank blanks with time and furnace length under different furnace temperatures and hot slide conditions were studied by means of predictions, and the black temperature and rail preheat temperatures were investigated. In the establishment of the mathematical model, the influence of the synchronous change of the temperature of the slide rail with the temperature of the blank and the thermal resistance of the contact on the temperature field of the blank and the slide rail are considered. It indicates that the calculation results are good and draws the corresponding conclusions. During the experiment, a “surface temperature sensor” was made that is highly sensitive to the temperature measurement of the lower surface of the preform.
