回首2005年。还记得2005年初业内人的预言,还记得关于房价会成为热点的预测。岁末的今天,蓦然回首时,才知道预言果然成真,才知道在房价争论的背后,钱才是让业内人真正关心、真正揪心、真正头痛的核心。年关了,正是房地产企业算总账的时候:一年中,借了银行多少,须支付工程款多少,销售额是多少,现在的资金回收又是多少?一年的利润又是多少?算来算去,一年的利润才几个亿,而单拿某块地就花去十几个亿。于是,房地产企业的领导者们开始感叹挣钱难、贷款难,从其他渠道融资也难。
Looking back on 2005. Remember the predictions of people in early 2005, remember the prediction that prices will become hot spots.
