国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组组长张穹:国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组是2011年12月成立的,成立以来按照反垄断法以及专家咨询组工作规则的具体要求,认真落实专家咨询组的工作职责,积极参与反垄断重大议题专项调研,主动跟踪研究国内外反垄断重点热点问题,重点对竞争政策、反垄断配套立法、市场竞争状况评估报告,以及重大反垄断事项等方面提供咨询意见。5年来,《反垄断法》实施的目标和发生的积极变化可以概括为五个方面:第一,《反垄断法》的有关制度配套建设进一步细化,反垄断的制度机制不断完善。第二,执法实践进一步丰富,反

Since its establishment, in accordance with the specific requirements of the anti-monopoly law and the working rules of the expert advisory group, the work of the expert advisory group has been conscientiously implemented.
