1991年11月15日,蓝星化学清洗集团公司(以下简称蓝星公司)承接了山西太原第二热电厂两条外排灰管道的清洗任务。该管道(φ159×8)每根长7000m,埋入地下1.5～4m不等,进出口高位差约80m,且出口高。自投入使用以来,从未进行过清洗,因而在管壁上沉积了大量的灰垢,单壁污垢达16～48mm,给设备排灰带来了严重困难,也影响了电厂的正常安全生产。在蓝星公司未清洗之前,厂方曾自已进行过清洗,但未能达到目的,又请某单位用PIG清洗,也以失败告终,清洗人员不辞
On November 15, 1991, Bluestar Chemical Cleaning Group Company (hereinafter referred to as Bluestar Company) undertook the cleaning task of two external ash discharge pipes of the second thermoelectric power plant in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The pipe (φ159 × 8) each 7000m long, buried in the ground 1.5 ~ 4m range, import and export high about 80m, and exports high.
