用消失模工艺铸造E型磨煤机用耐磨空心钢球,设计了侧注、顶注两种工艺方案,并用华铸CAE分析系统对两种方案进行充型和凝固模拟,并对两种方案的模拟结果进行分析和对比。另将试验结果和模拟结果作对比。分析了在铸造大型空心钢球方面,用消失模工艺方法生产的优势和劣势。
E-type mill with hollow steel balls was cast by EPC technology, two side-injection and top-injection process schemes were designed. The two schemes were filled and solidified by Hua-CAE CAE analysis system. Simulation results of the program were analyzed and compared. The other test results and simulation results for comparison. The advantages and disadvantages of using lost foam technology to produce large hollow steel balls were analyzed.
