根据“十二五”规划的精神,结合我国广大青少年音乐素质教育现状和发展趋势以及所面临的问题,文章对当前音乐素质教育改革提出了一些建议与构想。
According to the spirit of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, combined with the status quo and development trend of the majority of young people’s music quality education and the problems they face, the article puts forward some suggestions and conceptions for the current reform of music quality education.
