例1:男,51岁,急性甲型肝炎。黄疸指数(Ⅱ)30单位(u),谷丙转氨酶(GPT)200u。入院第3天输液时寒战,体温39℃,检查液体发现真菌,立即停输液,抗过敏。2天后体温正常,但出现口鼻腔粘膜糜烂,有成片乳白色凝块样物,口周密集疱疹,大便查见真菌,肝功能恶化,Ⅱ100u,GPT228u,经护肝治疗,住院63天治愈出院。
