企业思想政治工作是企业发展的重要动力,是企业生存、发展与经营的精神力量。在新的形势下,经济体制逐渐的变革,企业要适应新时期的新形势新任务,必须加强思想政治工作,发挥思想政治工作在企业的保驾护航作用,为企业的发展提供强大的支持与保障。因此,要充分认识思想政治工作的必要性,关爱职工,提升职工素质,增强企业的凝聚力。但是当前企业的思想政治工作仍然存在一些问题与弊端亟待解决。本文结合企业思想政治工作中存在的问题及解决措施展开探讨。
Enterprise ideological and political work is an important driving force for the development of an enterprise and a spiritual force for the survival, development and operation of an enterprise. Under the new situation, with the gradual transformation of the economic system and the enterprises being adapted to the new situation and new tasks in the new era, we must strengthen ideological and political work and give full play to the escorting role of ideological and political work in enterprises so as to provide strong support and guarantee for the development of enterprises . Therefore, we should fully recognize the necessity of ideological and political work, care for our staff and workers, enhance the quality of our staff and enhance the cohesion of our business. However, there still exist some problems and defects in the current ideological and political work of enterprises, which need to be solved urgently. This article combines the existing problems and solutions in the ideological and political work of enterprises.
