本文试图依据“整体大于各部分之和”的系统论,按照教学大纲的要求,确立理论教学的主次与重点,采用“多层次、多环节”理论教学设计,从教学总体上将面授、自学、作业、辅导、答疑、考核等函授教学各环节合理组合,使理论与实践、传授知识与培养能力、面授与自学紧密结合,从而实现函授理论教学的整体优势。并依据现代教育测量原理,对教学实践结果进行反馈与科学检验,证明“多层次、多环节”理论教学设计是可行的、有效的,可供体育院系函授排球理论教学参考。
Based on the system theory of “the whole is greater than the sum of all parts”, this paper tries to establish the main and secondary points of the theory teaching according to the requirements of the syllabus, and adopts the teaching design of “multi-level and multi- , Assignments, counseling, answering questions, examinations and other correspondence teaching reasonable combination of all aspects of theory and practice, imparting knowledge and training ability, face to face and self-study closely integrated in order to achieve the overall advantage of the teaching of correspondence theory. According to the principle of modern education measurement, the result of teaching practice is feedbacked and scientifically tested, which proves that the teaching design of ”multi-level and multi-links" is feasible and effective and can be used as a reference for teaching volleyball teaching in physical education department.
