法律职业道德教育与法学知识与技能教育不同,只有作用于学生内心才能真正发挥作用。这一基本差别决定了法律职业道德教育在师生关系、教育目标、教学方法和教学内容等方面均有自身的特点。主体间性法律职业道德教育,是主体与主体间的教育模式,强调教育师生关系从单向走向双向交互,教育目标从以知识为本转向以人为本;教育方法从灌输走向对话,教育内容从理论走向实践,培养学生的主体性道德。
