新课程改革给广大教师带来了理念的更新,一时间我们看到课堂上确实发生了很多的变化:课堂上情境创设生动有趣、学生小组活动有声有色、探究性学习方式似乎成为课堂教学的主流。然而在实践中人们却越来越发现这些课堂形式多了,学生合作能力强了,学习的效果却和以前不可比了。难道这是课程改革的失败吗?多次听课、上课的实践使我认识到新课改任重而道远。这里结合工作实践谈谈自己对有效课堂教学的粗浅认识。
The new curriculum reform has brought a lot of new ideas to the teachers. For a time, we saw that many changes really took place in the classroom: the situation in the classroom was vivid and interesting, the students’ group activities were vivid, and the inquiry learning method seemed to become the mainstream of classroom teaching. However, in practice, people find more and more these forms of classes. The ability of students to cooperate is strong, but the effect of learning is not comparable with that of before. Is this the failure of the curriculum reform? Repeatedly listening to class, the practice of the class made me realize that the new curriculum has a long way to go. Here to talk about their own practice of effective classroom teaching superficial understanding.
