检测了３４例临床诊断颅内胶质瘤患者的血清铜及锌含量，分析了手术后经病理确诊为恶性胶质瘤的３１名患者血清中铜、锌含量，发现铜、锌均比正常对照为高（前者Ｐ＞０．０５，后者Ｐ＜０．０１）但铜／锌比值较正常对照组为低，提示该肿瘤病人锌元素增加明显，该比值可能对恶性胶质瘤有术前辅助诊断意义存在于全部脏器内，形成锌依赖性金属酶系，参与蛋白质的合成与分解，是蛋白质代谢中不可缺少的元素之一。锌与肿瘤的发病关系已日益引起重视，但其增高或降低各不一致。我们检测的结果铜锌均升高，其中锌升高较为明显，导致其比值降低，与某些作者［２］报道相佐。不管其增高还是降低，两者比值的改变似乎是其关键所在。肿瘤组织特别是恶性组织代谢活跃，蛋白质合成迅速，需要大量的金属酶参与，反之，金属酶的增加促进了肿瘤组织过活跃地增长，血清中铜锌的增加在一定程度上促进了这一过程。同时，锌的增加，还可刺激Ｔ淋巴细胞的功能，同时使吞噬细胞功能失常［３］，引起肿瘤病人免疫机能紊乱，这可能是恶性肿瘤常存在全身症状的原因之一。胶质瘤患者血清中铜锌比值失常，特别是锌含量呈有意义增加，分析其在一定程度上促进了肿瘤组织的生长，增加了其恶性程度。因此观察病人的铜／锌比值，对脑瘤?
