在2002年中国石油油气集输及处理工艺技术座谈会上,中国石油天然气股份有限公司副总裁刘宝和做了题为“搞好油气田地面工程建设和管理提高油气田开发整体效益”的重要讲话;勘探与生产分公司副总经理做了题为“开拓创新提高地面整体技术水平注重实效促进油气生产高效持续发展”的总结报告,大会交流了36篇论文。为更好地进行学习交流,现将两位领导的讲话报告及有代表性的部分论文辟为专辑,以飨读者。
At the symposium on China’s oil and gas gathering and processing technology in 2002, Liu Baohe, vice president of China National Petroleum Corporation, made an important speech entitled “Improving the overall efficiency of oil and gas field construction and management and enhancing the development of oil and gas fields” The deputy general manager of Exploration and Production Branch made a summary report titled “Pioneering and Innovating, Improving the Overall Technical Level of the Ground, Emphasizing the Effectiveness and Promoting the Efficient and Sustainable Development of Oil and Gas Production”, and the conference exchanged 36 papers. In order to better learn from each other, the two leading speeches and some of the representative essays are now on the album to readers.
