右胸心电图曾被用于右室肥厚的诊断,而用于右室梗塞(RVI)的诊断则是近十几年来心电图临床应用的新进展。RVI绝大多数与左室梗塞(MI)并存。由于冠状动脉供血的区域特性,RVI可以是不同程度不同范围左室MI的延伸。尸解已发现左室下壁合并RVI,左室下壁合并孤立性右室乳头肌MI,左室前壁合并RVI,左室侧壁合并RVI,左室心内膜下合并RVI以及左室复合MI合并RVI等。其中以左室下壁、左室前壁MI合并RVI多见。本文着重综述这两型RVI的右胸心电图特征。正常人的右胸心电图完整的右胸心电图包括V_(1R)~V_(7R)7个导联,但因V_(1R)、V_(2R)就是常规V_2、V_1导联,其位于左右室共同部分的室间隔,大部分作者仍用V_2、V_1表示。V_(3R)~
