本文研究了用2—[(3,5—二溴—2—吡啶)偶氮]—5—二甲氨基苯胺(简称3,5—diBr—PADMA)光度法测定镍的反应,并提出以该试剂作为测定镍的一种新显色剂。实验结果表明:在表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(简称 NaLS)存在下,pH=6时,镍与试剂形成紫红色的络合物。最大吸收峰位于560nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(560)=8.8×10~4lmol~(-1)cm~(-1),镍浓度在0—14μg/25ml内遵守比尔定律。所拟方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于矿样、合金中微量镍的测定,获得满意结果。
In this paper, the reaction of nickel with 2 - [(3,5-dibromo-2-pyridyl) azo] -5-dimethylaminoaniline (referred to as 3,5-diBr-PADMA) Reagents as a new reagent for the determination of nickel. The experimental results show that the nickel complexed with the reagent when the pH = 6 in the presence of surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate (NaLS). The maximum absorption peak is located at 560 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity ε 560 is 8.8 × 10 -4lmol -1 cm -1. The Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-14 μg / 25ml nickel. The proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity and good selectivity, and is applied to the determination of trace nickel in ore samples and alloys to obtain satisfactory results.
