兰州炼油厂在设计第二套润滑油加氢装置时对热能利用作了如下的改进:1.汽提塔的进料全部采用换热,不再经加热炉对流室加热;2.加热炉对流室用来加热反应器的进料;3.反应产物的冷却器改为换热器,用来予热加热炉的进料。流程见图(第一套加氢装置流程见本刊1977年2期)。第二套加氢装置投产后,经过标定,比第一套多回收热量176.8万千卡/时(见表),并节约冷却水26吨/时。
Lanzhou refinery in the design of the second set of lubricants hydrogenation unit on the utilization of heat made the following improvements: 1. The stripper feed all the heat exchanger, no longer by the heating furnace convection chamber heating; 2. Furnace convection The chamber is used to heat the reactor feed; 3. After the second set of hydrogenation unit was put into production, it was calibrated to receive 1,768,000kcal / hr more heat than the first set (see table) and to save 26 tons of cooling water per hour.
