通过孤东油田黄原胶驱油先导试验,探讨了黄原胶溶液在整个试验中的粘度变化规律和影响因素,并与聚合物驱油试验中部分水解聚丙烯酰胺溶液粘度变化相比较。试验结果表明黄原胶具有增粘性好、抗盐、抗剪切、热稳定性好等优异性能,在实际注入中粘度受注入过程剪切和污水水质影响小,在地层中稳定性好,对现场注入系统要求相对较低,适合于某些条件较差、清水资源缺乏的油区开展三次采油,亦可作为增粘剂用于其它方面。
Through the pilot experiment of xanthan gum oil displacement in Gudong oilfield, the variation regularity and influencing factors of viscosity of xanthan gum in the whole experiment were discussed. Compared with the change of viscosity of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide solution in polymer flooding test. The experimental results show that xanthan gum has the advantages of good viscosity-increasing, anti-salt, anti-shear and good thermal stability. The viscosity of the xanthan gum is little affected by shearing and water quality of the injection during the actual injection, and the stability in the formation is good. On-site injection system requires relatively low, suitable for some poor conditions, the lack of water resources in the tertiary oil recovery, but also as a thickener for other aspects.
