本文提出一种MOS型反相器电路,并分析了电路的工作原理,SPICE模拟表明,在±5V电源电压,输入±3.6V范围内,非线性误差小于±0.48%。文中还给出了这种反相器的应用实例。
In this paper, a MOS inverter circuit is proposed and the working principle of the circuit is analyzed. SPICE simulation shows that the nonlinearity error is less than ± 0.48% at ± 5V supply voltage and input ± 3.6V. The article also gives examples of the application of this inverter.
