本文对我国北方地区(东北、西北和华北)成人共10,672名(男6354,女4318)的身高和体重测量资料,按性别分三个年龄组(18~25,26~45,46岁以上)以相关法进行了统计学分析。各组的身高和体重均有明显正相关。回归系数显著性检验除女性18~25与26~45岁两组间无显著性差异外,其他各组间的差异均有高度显著性。依据正态分布理论,根据身高的均数((?)),和标准差(S_x),将体型分为五类:高大,中上等,中等,中下等,矮小。在求出各组的回归方程式后,再将各类体型中的身高值,代入相应年令组的回归方程式,求出该身高值的平均体重(?),同时求出直线回归中个体值的标准误(S_y),据此计算直线回归中体重个体值的95%分布范围。再将体重分为五级(消瘦,中下等,中等,中上等,过重)。本文拟定的我国北方地区成人不同体型身高的体重正常值,可用于评价成人营养状况及健康情况,具有一定的实用价值。
