以TiO_2溶胶和Nafion溶液为原料通过溶胶重铸法、溶胀原位法制得了Nafion/TiO_2杂化薄膜,以期提高TiO_2的光催化利用率以及将此薄膜作为光催化剂用于环境中有机污染物的降解。用XRD、FT-IR对杂化薄膜进行了表征,通过杂化薄膜对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解,测试其光催化活性及可重复性能。结果显示:通过TiO2溶胶和Na60n溶液重铸所得的Nafion/TiO_2杂化薄膜具有较良好且稳定的光催化活性,且在经过10次的重复使用后,对浓度为20 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的光催化降解率保持在40%左右。
Nafion / TiO_2 hybrid thin films were prepared by sol-gel method and swelling in situ by using TiO_2 sol and Nafion as raw materials to enhance the photocatalytic utilization of TiO_2 and the photocatalyst as a photocatalyst for the degradation of organic pollutants in the environment . The hybrid films were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The photocatalytic activity and reproducibility of methyl orange solution were tested by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution. The results show that the Nafion / TiO_2 hybrid films obtained by recrystallization of TiO2 sol and Na60n solution have good and stable photocatalytic activity. After 10 times of repeated use, methyl orange with concentration of 20 mg / L Photocatalytic degradation of the solution rate remained at about 40%.
