采用V-C水平扩散池研究甲硝唑对经不同条件处理后的小鼠离体皮肤的穿透传 性,比较几种常用透皮促进剂对甲硝唑穿透率的影响。实验结果显示:去角质层皮肤将大大提 高甲硝唑的穿透率;冰冻2周后的鼠皮对甲硝唑的穿透率尚无影响;在10%丙二醇溶液中,经 过 30 h的扩散试验, 1%氮酮可显著增加甲硝唑的透皮速率 10倍以上。
The V-C diffusion cell was used to study the transmigration of metronidazole to isolated skin of mice treated with different conditions. The effects of several commonly used transdermal enhancers on metronidazole penetration were compared. The experimental results showed that the skin of the exfoliating layer will greatly enhance the penetration rate of metronidazole; the rat skin has no effect on the penetration rate of metronidazole 2 weeks after freezing; in 30% propylene glycol solution, after 30 h of diffusion Test, 1% Azone can significantly increase the transdermal rate of metronidazole more than 10 times.
