最近我厂用微机(Z80单板机)改装C616老式车床获得成功。该机床是50年代投入使用现已报废的设备。我们用CWK2-2A微控装置配合机床大修进行了改造获得满意的效果。机床几何精度恢复原出厂指标,控制精度达到或超过原设计水平。经初步测试: 车床重复精度纵向±0.01毫米,横向±0.005毫米。快速返回纵向1670步/秒,横向1830步/秒。该机床可以实现零件端面、外圆、内圆、切槽、倒角、和任意锥面等加工自动化。减轻
Recently I plant with computer (Z80 veneer machine) modified C616 vintage lathe success. The machine is put into use in the 1950s is now scrapped equipment. We use CWK2-2A micro-control device with a machine overhaul was transformed to obtain satisfactory results. Geometric accuracy of the original machine factory recovery indicators, control accuracy reached or exceeded the original design level.
