自从 5 0年代末蒸汽驱投入工业应用以来 ,世界上的重油生产产量迅速增长。尤其是在过去1 0余年间 ,由于蒸汽驱工程技术方面的长足进步更加导致了重油产量的提高。这些技术进步包括工艺方法、蒸汽发生与蒸汽分配、蒸汽注入与重油生产设施 ,以及蒸汽驱的产状预测。这些工艺技术进步有助于提高采收率 ,扩展工艺方法的适用范围 ,使其适用于不同的储藏和流体 ,以及提高工艺方法的效率 (也就是说降低生产费用 )。本文对过去 1 0年内在这方面取得的技术进步进行了描述。
Since the steam flooding was put into industrial use in the late 1950s, the world’s heavy oil production has been rapidly growing. Especially in the past more than 10 years, due to the great progress of steam flooding engineering technology has led to an increase of heavy oil production. These technological advances include process methods, steam generation and distribution, steam injection and heavy oil production facilities, and steam flooding production predictions. These advances in process technology help to increase oil recovery, extend the application of process methods, make them suitable for different storage and fluids, and improve the efficiency of the process (ie reduce the production costs). This article describes the technological advances made in this area over the past decade.
