一、概述: 随着我国社会主义革命和建设的发展及实现四个现代化的要求,对电子器件进一步小型化的需求也日益迫切了。这次我们结合毕业实践与南京无线电研究所共同承担了“计数—寄存—译码(带消隐)MOS电路”〈简称三合一〉的设计和试制任务。 本电路主要是根据南京电讯器厂生产的频率计的要求进行设计的,该厂生产的频率计,原来用的是分立元件,体积庞大,现在正在试制用集成电路代替分立元件,已使体积大大缩小,我们的任务是将原来的计数、寄存、译码、三块电路合成一块,以求进一步缩小体积、降低功耗。 本电路在接上萤光数码管后,能直接将计数脉冲以十进制形式显示出来,并且具有无数量自动消隐的功能,除频率计外,在电子钟,电子仪表等方面都可应用,有一定的通用性。
