本文报告了4例组织细胞白血病组织细胞的形态特征。周围血均出现异常组织细胞,最明显的特征是部分细胞胞浆常有外突呈伪足状或瘤状,或呈不整的多边形,在胞浆边缘部常深染,形成内外浆,骨髓检查有3例组织细胞增生不显著,1例表现为典型的组织细胞白血病。组织细胞过氧化酶染色全为阴性,PAS,非特异性脂酶及酸性磷酸酶染色部分阳性,部分组织细胞有较活跃的吞噬功能,1例还经电镜检查证实。
This article reports the morphological features of 4 cases of histiocytic leukemia cells. Abnormal tissue cells appear around the blood, the most obvious feature is that some of the cytoplasm often protruding outside was pseudopod or tumor-like, or irregular polygons, often deep-dyed in the cytoplasm of the edge, the formation of internal and external pulp, bone marrow examination Three cases of cell proliferation was not significant, 1 case showed typical histiocytic leukemia. Tissue cell peroxidase staining were all negative, PAS, non-specific lipase and acid phosphatase staining part of the positive, part of the cells have more active phagocytosis, 1 case was confirmed by electron microscopy.
