1 材料与方法1.1 材料 病毒:CB_3V为本室保存毒株;细胞:Hela细胞为本室常规传代细胞株;营养液:10%FCS RP-MI1640液;维持液:2%FCS RPMI1640液。1.2 方法 药物对细胞的毒性测定(药物的无毒限量)按文献[1]方法。药物抗病毒作用测定按文献[2]方法。药物抑制CB_3V增殖作用测定按文献[3]方法。药物抑制病毒吸附细胞和抑制病毒增殖作用测定按文献[4]方法。2 结果2.1 药物无毒限量测定结果 黄连、黄芩、栀子对细胞无毒最高浓度分别为1:2048、1:128、1:32,各药实验使
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials Viruses: CB_3V is a strain kept in the chamber; Cell: Hela cells are routinely passaged cell lines; Nutrient solution: 10% FCS RP-MI1640 solution; Maintenance solution: 2% FCS RPMI1640 solution. 1.2 Methods Drug toxicity testing of cells (non-toxic drug limit) according to the literature [1] method. The antiviral effect of the drug was determined according to the method of [2]. Drug inhibition of CB_3V proliferation was determined according to the literature [3].
