对山东省120所县及县以上医院调查表明,目前医院麻醉科机构设置不完善,仪器设备落后,麻醉专业技术人员学历层次低、业务水平差。因此建议提高麻醉科社会地位、落实组织结构、加大仪器设备改造及改变麻醉专业技术人员学历层次结构。
The survey of hospitals in 120 counties and above in Shandong Province showed that the hospital’s anesthesiology institution is currently not fully set up and the equipment is backward. The anesthesia professional technicians have a low level of education and a poor level of business. Therefore, it is recommended to improve the social status of anesthesiology, implement the organizational structure, increase the reform of equipment and equipment, and change the academic structure of anesthesia professionals.
