(一)必须制定一个长远的、适合我国国情的、能够实现住宅产业可持续发展的战略目标.(二)必须转变传统的住宅产业发展模式,使住宅产业的经济体制向市场经济体制转变,住宅产业的增长方式向集约化转变,推进住宅产业的市场化和现代化.
