语文优质课是团队合作的结果,是集体智慧的结晶,是教师们倾情打造的代表课,带有表演的性质和色彩。可是,课堂是千变万化的,每位同学的阅历和理解力是不同的,上课时往往会出现一些教师意想不到的情况和问题,这样常常让老师防不胜防,对这种情况的处理很是考验教师的教学机智和智慧。意想不到的情况和问题是生成的问题,往往具有极大讨论的价值和研究意义。如果教师紧紧抓住,巧妙的化解,就会达到预设与生成和谐统一,课堂就会因生成而精彩。本文就如何培养语文教师的教学机智,提出了六个策略:以静制动、明察秋毫、顺水推舟、移花接木、瞒天过海、因势利导。
