探索研究了一种改善和细化连铸坯凝固组织的新方法电脉冲孕育(electro-pulsemodification)处理法。Q235钢120小方坯的连铸实验结果表明,在连铸结晶器内对Q235钢进行EPM处理可以明显细化铸坯的凝固组织,与未经处理的钢相比,柱状晶的形态也由粗而长的凝固组织变为短杆状凝固组织。
A new method of improving and refining the solidified structure of continuous casting billets was explored. Electro-pulse modification method was explored. The results of continuous casting of 120 billet in Q235 steel show that EPM treatment of Q235 steel in continuous casting mold can obviously refine the solidified structure of slab. Compared with untreated steel, the morphology of columnar crystal Coarse and long solidified tissue into short rod-like solidified tissue.
