学校经常提到管理这个词,对于管理的看法,也是众说纷纭,莫衷一是。我认为,管理管理,“管”在前,“理”在后。敢于管,才能够理出头绪,才能够取得成效。另外,管要体现合理性、刚硬性和示范性。那么,如何才能够做到这几点呢?我愿在此抛砖引玉,以期同仁斧正。一、体现制度的合理性校长是一所学校的灵魂和统帅,应该明白“没有规矩,不成方圆”的浅显道理。如果学校没有一套完善的管理制度,是不可能得到持续健康发展的。但学校管理制度的制定是一个复杂的过程。
Schools often mention the term management, but also opinions on management differ. I think that management management, “management” before, “management” after.
