针对木材于燥行业工艺要求,根据翼型绕流理论,提出了一种新型反向对称翼型──“S”形双圆弧翼型,并对该系列翼型进行了用力吹风试验与压力分布吹风试验。试验结果表明,该种翼型具有完全相同的正反风性能,且绕流情况良好,与常规机翼翼型相比,正风性能稍差,但反风性能比常规的好得多。因此,采用该种翼型进行叶片成型的木材于燥轴流风机,可实现直接反转反风,且在风机结构相同时,其正反风性能可完全一致。
Aiming at the technological requirements of wood industry in drying industry, a new type of reverse symmetrical airfoil ─ ─ “S” double circular arc airfoil was proposed according to the theory of airfoil flow, and the series of airfoils were subjected to forced air blowing test and pressure Distribution of hair test. The experimental results show that this airfoil has exactly the same positive and negative wind performance, and the flow around the well is good.
