近代西北开发思想是在中国逐渐沦为半殖民地半封建社会的大转折、大变局的历史条件下萌动,并在爱国主义原动力的推动下,在抗战时期发展成为一股影响遍及全国的西北开发思潮。它从一个侧面反映了在近代中国内忧外患的历史条件下,中国人民救亡图存与自强求富的基本要求。这既是把握近代西北开发思想与抗战时期西北开发思潮之间关系的根本问题,同样也是把握近代西北开发思想起伏变化的根本立足点。本文通过对近代西北开发思想的系统梳理,揭示了近代西北开发思想的基本价值取向乃是救亡图存。
The thought of developing Northwest China in modern times is a great turning point in China’s gradual decline into a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. Under the historical conditions of the great changes, under the impetus of the impetus of patriotism, during the Anti-Japanese War, it developed into an influential Northwest trend of development throughout the country. It reflects from one side the basic requirements of the Chinese people’s survival and survival and self-seeking for survival under the historical conditions of the internal and external disturbances in modern China.
