周恩来是中国共产党民族理论的奠基人之一。建国初期,他提出的民族理论内涵极为丰富,如民族平等理论和民族区域自治政策,系统地蕴含了解决这一时期民族问题的指导原则。这些理论的提出和贯彻为解决社会主义革命和建设时期民族问题作出了极大的贡献,并在实践中得到不断发展。
Zhou Enlai is one of the founders of the theory of ethnicity of the Chinese Communist Party. In the early days of the founding of New China, his theory of ethnic theory was extremely rich. For example, the theory of ethnic equality and the policy of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities systematically contained the guiding principles for resolving the ethnic issues in this period. The formulation and implementation of these theories have made great contributions to resolving the ethnic issues during the socialist revolution and construction period and have been continuously developed in practice.
