核仁素(又称C23)是一段进化保守的核仁-胞质-细胞膜穿梭蛋白,是真核细胞核仁中含量最丰富的蛋白之一;它含有三个结构域,具有多种配体结合活性,在调控细胞分化、增殖、胚胎发生、核糖体合成与成熟、细胞凋亡、病原体侵袭等方面发挥着广泛的生物学功能。在此根据核仁素在细胞内和细胞膜两种物理定位分为两个方面分别介绍其发挥的生物学活性和与其结合的相应配体,揭示特异性干涉其活性的途径。
Nucleolus (also known as C23) is an evolutionarily conserved nucleolus, a cytoplasmic-cell membrane shuttle protein that is one of the most abundant proteins in the nucleoli of eukaryotes; it contains three domains with multiple ligand binding Activity, play a wide range of biological functions in regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, embryogenesis, ribosome synthesis and maturation, apoptosis, pathogen invasion and the like. Here according to nucleotidin in the cell and the cell membrane two physical localization is divided into two aspects respectively introduced its biological activity and the corresponding ligand binding to reveal the specific interference with the activity of the pathway.
