研究了组织遗传对12CrlMoV钢粒状贝氏体组织形态和性能的影响。结果表明,12CrlMoV钢板条马氏体非平衡组织经加热获得条型粒状贝氏体,且贝氏体小岛排列具有明显的方向性;有着遗传特征的粒状贝氏体钢具有较高的强韧性和较高的热强性。
The effects of histological inheritance on the morphology and properties of granular bainite in 12CrlMoV steel were studied. The results showed that the martensite unbalanced structure of 12CrlMoV steel strip was heated to obtain the granular granular bainite and the arrangement of the bainite islets had obvious directionality. The granular bainitic steel with genetic characteristics had higher toughness And higher thermal strength.
