洋地黄类药物的神经作用已经公认,但神经作用在本类药物心血管作用中的地位,尚有争论。本类药物与心血管系统有关的神经作用可分以下三类: 一、传导性、自律性及不应期:洋地黄类药物对房室传导的所有作用均系通过神经系统,迷走活动增强可使传导减慢,交感神经则有相反的影响。在动物实验中,药物阻断或手术切断植物神经,可以完全防止洋地黄所致的传导减慢;在人体,除去心脏神经(心脏移植的患者)亦得到相同结果。洋地黄类药物引起的窦性心律减慢,也完全是通过神经系统,在除去交感与副交感神经对窦房结的影响后,洋地黄类药物无论在治疗
The neuronal effects of digitalis have been well recognized, but the role of nerves in the cardiovascular effects of these drugs remains controversial. The class of drugs and cardiovascular system-related neurological effects can be divided into the following three categories: First, the conductivity, self-discipline and refractory period: all effects of digitalis on atrioventricular conduction through the nervous system, increased vagus activity Slow conduction, sympathetic nerves have the opposite effect.
