在参数化设计思想的基础上,提出了将参数化建模和参数化有限元分析相结合的CAD/CAE集成设计方法,运用UG/OPEN二次开发工具和ANSYS软件的APDL模块实现了CAD/CAE软件间的数据共享,并利用ASP.NET技术、组件技术和数据库技术搭建了参数化远程设计与分析平台。以采煤机截割部摇臂组件为例进行验证,缩短了设计分析周期,减少了设计分析人员的工作量,具有实际的工程应用价值。
Based on the parametric design idea, a CAD / CAE integrated design method combining parametric modeling and parametric finite element analysis is proposed. By using UG / OPEN secondary development tool and ANSYS APDL module, CAD / CAE software between the data sharing, and use of ASP.NET technology, component technology and database technology to build a parametric remote design and analysis platform. Taking the rocker arm assembly of the cutting unit of shearer as an example, the design and analysis cycle is shortened, the workload of design and analysis personnel is reduced, which has practical value in engineering application.
