中国社会科学院农村发展研究所的研究报告认为 ,当今农业和农村经济要发展 ,必须在财税、金融体制方面采取突破性举措 ,调整国民收入再分配格局 ,改变现行的城市和国有工业导向的政策选择。只有这样 ,才能真正使农民增收、农村稳定 ,真正实现农业和农村社会经济的现代化。
According to a research report of the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, in order to develop agriculture and rural economy today, we must take radical measures in fiscal and taxation and financial system to adjust the redistribution pattern of national income and change the current urban and state-oriented industrial policy choices . Only in this way can we truly increase the incomes of peasants, stabilize the rural areas and truly realize the modernization of agriculture and rural social economy.
