农村财务管理规范化问题,是当前农村工作中的一个突出热点问题,也是关系到农村稳定的最敏感的因素之一。农村财务管理的好坏,直接影响到农村集体经济的发展和农村社会的稳定。随着农村经济体制改革的深化,各级农经部门进行了有益的探索,并摸索出一些好的方法。但由于缺乏有效和有力的长效机制的保障,农村财务管理不规范、前清后乱的局面仍然没有得到根本改观。文章就如何加强农村财务规范化管理问题提出一些思路和对策。
The standardization of rural financial management is a prominent hot issue in the current rural work and one of the most sensitive factors that affect the stability of rural areas.
