During the late 1970s and early 1990s, feminist research in the field of education made a lot of fruitful periods, and many representative achievements were produced. However, it was not until the early 1980s that educational publishing was a “garden without women”. [2] (P413) As a product of feminist political and academic research, Gender and Education was published in 1989 by the publication of the Lutridge Press, the Taylor franchise publishing group in the United Kingdom. The magazine is an international forum that focuses on gender as a major analytical area to discuss multidisciplinary educational research and ideas, commits to develop critical discussions on gender and education in broad terms, and seeks to promote feminist knowledge, theory, awareness, Action and argument.
