屏蔽电机主泵定子屏蔽套的结构稳定性关系到其运行的安全性,基于薄壁圆筒外压屈曲稳定性理论对定子屏蔽套的失稳临界载荷进行了分析,采用Algor有限元软件分别计算了定子屏蔽套屈曲临界载荷和极限载荷,得到了定子屏蔽套屈曲临界载荷和极限载荷随其厚度、半径、长度以及初始缺陷变化的规律,结果表明,定子屏蔽套厚度是对结构稳定性影响最大的因素。
The structural stability of shielded motor stator pump shield is related to the safety of its operation.
