一系统地总结工作经验,是我们实现银行工作革命化,更好地为当前三大革命运动服务的一项重要工作。这是由于,总结工作经验是人们认识客观事物规律的重要方法。总结银行工作经验,就是在银行工作实践的基础上,把丰富的感觉经验材料,经过一番加工制作的工夫,使之上升为理性认识。这样,就能使我们懂得我们已经做过的工作,为什么有的成功,有的失败。既懂得应该怎样作,又知道为什么应该这样作,从而掌握对银行工作客观规律的认识。如果我们对过去积累的经验不加以科学的总结,就不能达到对客观规律的认识,往往只知道要这样作,但不知道为什么要这样作,也不知道在什么条件下应该这样作,在什么条件下不应该这样作。久而久之,就会把自己陷在一个框框里,容易
