本文介绍了一项正在发展的超微量分析技术—HPLC。通过它与RIA联合检测~(125)碘标记的雌二醇衍化物的实验研究,探讨了HPLC的特性和在提高放射免疫灵敏度中的作用。研究表明,HPLC是一项方便、高速、高效的分离分析技术。HPLC与RIA的结合在超微量分析中有着很广的发展前景。
This article describes a developing ultra-micro analysis technology-HPLC. Through its combination with RIA in the detection of ~ (125) iodine-labeled estradiol derivatives, the characteristics of HPLC and its role in enhancing the sensitivity of radioimmunoassay were discussed. Research shows that HPLC is a convenient, high-speed and efficient separation and analysis technology. The combination of HPLC and RIA has very broad prospects for development in ultra-trace analysis.
