The State Machinery Commission Zhengzhou Abrasives Abrasives Grinding Research Institute is an integrated scientific research unit for the abrasives and grinding industries. It has 620 employees, of whom 383 are scientific and technical professionals, accounting for 61.6% of the total number of employees, and employ senior engineers 52 People, 146 intermediate professional titles, 185 junior professional titles. The director responsibility system was implemented and the appointment system was adopted for middle-level cadres and scientific and technical professionals.
