电弧炉的生产率取决于炉子和变压器的容量。现在提高生产率的趋势是使用超高功率电炉和辅助燃料。日本中部钢板公司名古屋厂200t电弧炉的变压器功率只有40MVA,限制了生产率。通过使用成对烧嘴和液态天然气进行辅助燃烧,缩短熔化时间,使生产率得到提高。烧嘴在原有的3个(煤油烧嘴)上又增加6个。其目的是:1)增加能量输入密度;2)利用成对烧嘴的宽火焰加速燃烧;3)增加烧嘴数目,有效地进行预热;4)增加烧嘴、简化废钢切割和炉渣溢出等后续操作,使靠近炉门的区域优先熔化。
The electric arc furnace productivity depends on the capacity of the furnace and transformer. The trend to increasing productivity now is to use ultrahigh power electric furnaces and auxiliary fuels. Japan Central Plains Company Nagoya Plant 200t EAF transformer power only 40MVA, limiting the productivity. By using paired burners and liquid natural gas for auxiliary combustion, the melting time is shortened and the productivity is improved. Burner in the original three (kerosene burners) on the increase of six. Its purpose is to: 1) increase the energy input density; 2) accelerate the combustion with a wide flame of paired burners; 3) increase the number of burners for efficient preheating; 4) increase burners to simplify scrap cutting and slag spills Follow-up operation, so that the area near the oven door preferentially melted.
