以六西格玛管理理念为基础,利用Minitab软件对2 500m3高炉生产焦比进行过程能力分析,确定焦比过程能力不足,有很大的降低空间,并通过失效矩阵分析、相关分析和回归分析确定影响焦比的主要因素有煤比、富氧率和入炉矿石品位,并利用试验设计(DOE)确定当煤比为180kg/t、富氧率为2.9%、入炉品位为57.5%时,焦比达到最低值,以此为现场生产提供参考和指导。
On the basis of Six Sigma management philosophy, Minitab software was used to analyze the process capability of 2 500 m 3 blast furnace coke production to determine the lack of capacity of coke ratio process and greatly reduce the space. Through the failure matrix analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, The main factors of ratio were coal ratio, oxygen enrichment rate and ore grade, and the DOE was used to determine the coke ratio when the coal ratio was 180kg / t, the oxygen enrichment rate was 2.9% and the input grade was 57.5% Reach the lowest value, in order to provide reference and guidance for on-site production.
