1.办好《路基工程》刊物,目的是为铁路运输服务、为铁路建设服务。我们请来这么多设计、施工、运营管理_方面工程技术人员和专家教授来,就是为了办好这件事情。《路基工程》办了五年了,办起这个杂志是不容易的。铁道部内几个杂志中间,属这个最困难。你们艰苦创业,团结奋斗,办起来了,而且出了13期刊物,就更不容易了。这是由于各方面支持和热爱路基专业同志们努力的结果。
1. To do a good job of “subgrade construction” publications, the purpose is to rail transport services, railway construction services. We invited so many design, construction, operation and management of engineering and technical personnel and experts and professors came to do this thing. After five years of “subgrade construction”, it is not easy to set up this magazine. Among the few magazines in the Ministry of Railways, this is the most difficult one.
