人力资源管理是企业管理的一部分,而项目管理是整体性的团队管理。但是目前人力资源在施工项目的管理中,并没有体现其重要性。在实践过程中也引发了多种问题。而其结果也直接影响到企业管理水平。在项目实施过程中,只有通过合理的人力资源管理工作分析,才会大幅度地提高项目治理部的工作绩效。本人笔者通过对项目人力资源管理的探析,并提出合理的管理建设方式。
Human resources management is part of business management, and project management is a holistic team management. However, the current human resources in the construction project management, and did not reflect its importance. In the process of practice also caused a variety of problems. The results also directly affect the level of business management. In the project implementation process, only through a reasonable analysis of human resources management, will the project management department greatly improve the performance of the work. I author through the analysis of project human resource management, and put forward a reasonable way of management building.
