目的 :探讨肾脏肿瘤肾动脉血流的改变 ,为肾脏肿瘤的定性诊断提供一条新途径。方法 :运用彩色多普勒超声对 98例肾脏肿瘤患者和 87例正常人肾动脉血流改变的对照研究。结果 :1、发现肾脏肿瘤组肾动脉平均峰值流速高于对照组 ,二者比较有显著性差异 (P值均 <0 .0 1) ;2、肾脏恶性肿瘤组肾动脉平均峰值流速高于肾脏良性肿瘤组 (P值 <0 .0 1) ;3、肾脏恶性肿瘤组 RI明显低于肾脏良性肿瘤组 (P值 <0 .0 1)。结论 :肾脏肿瘤患者肾动脉血流峰值及阻力指数的改变 ,为肾脏恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供了新途径
Objective: To investigate the changes of renal artery blood flow in renal tumors and provide a new way for the qualitative diagnosis of renal tumors. Methods: A control study of renal artery flow changes in 98 patients with renal tumors and 87 normal controls by color Doppler ultrasonography. The average peak velocity of renal artery in renal tumor group was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The average peak velocity of renal artery in renal malignant tumor group was higher than that in kidney (P <0.01). 3. RI in renal malignant tumors was significantly lower than that in benign renal tumors (P <0.01). Conclusion: The changes of renal artery peak flow and resistance index in patients with renal tumors provide a new way to differentiate renal malignant tumors from benign tumors
